Job Description
Lead sales and operations at Brownies Unlimited as Store Supervisor. Drive sales growth, control costs (electricity, consumables, headcount), ensure customer service, train staff on products and standards, and maintain stock, merchandising and displays. Manage CA budget, schedules, maintenance; liaise with mall admin and suppliers; resolve complaints; forecast production and ensure quality. Full-time permanent, Php26,00–28,00/month. Benefits: extra leave, company events, employee discount, health and life insurance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years store management experience; English preferred; on-site role.
