Job Description

We at BSO are seeking a meticulous and adaptable ERP Purchase Administrator to manage our Purchase Orders process (PO Process). In this dynamic role, you will verify information from global teams and directly build purchase orders in our ERP system. You will oversee the entire PO process from creation to confirmation, working closely with various international teams and reporting to the ERP team.

Successful candidates will possess previous experience in a purchase administration role, exceptional communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, along with English proficiency (French is a plus) is highly desired.
