Job Description
We seek a Client Advisor to deliver excellent client service and build strong relationships. You will advise clients on products and services, resolve inquiries, identify needs and recommend tailored solutions, handle transactions and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction and achieve KPIs. Requirements: 2+ years in client-facing or sales roles, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, sales orientation and attention to detail; bachelor’s degree preferred.
