Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Café Manager for CafeFrance Corp. at Caltex Mega Station San Fernando, Pampanga. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage, Hospitality or equivalent, with at least 5 years in the food industry (supervisor/manager) and 2 years as Assistant Cafe Manager. Sales-driven, analytically minded, with strong leadership, people and customer management skills. Excellent oral and written English required. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays and be available to start immediately. Salary Php20,00–25,00/month. Benefits include employee discount, flexible schedule and health insurance.
