Job Description
We are hiring a Bilingual (German/English) Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support to German- and English-speaking users. Responsibilities include answering calls and chats, diagnosing incidents, logging and resolving tickets, remote troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, mobile), and escalating to specialist teams. Candidate must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken), have strong customer service skills, basic networking knowledge, and experience with service desk tools. ITIL or helpdesk certifications and one to two years’ support experience are preferred. Flexible shifts and strong problem-solving skills required.
