Job Description
Caldwell BPO Dynamics is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Back Office Email and Chat Support Specialist. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients via phone and written correspondence.
- Handle mail and customer inquiries effectively.
Who We’re Looking For:
- College graduates or high school graduates with BPO experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 30,00.00 per month.
