Job Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to clients through calls and correspondence.
- Manage mail and online inquiries.
- Communicate effectively to resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- College graduates (no experience required) or Senior High School graduates with BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite, located 25-35 km from the office.
