Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is excited to announce an opportunity for a Non-Voice Data Entry Specialist. We offer an industry-leading benefits package, including a competitive salary of up to Php30,00.00 per month, HMO with beneficiaries from Day One, and various incentives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority problems as needed.
- Ensure one-call resolution aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience required.
- Must be at least a High School Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time position with various shift schedules.
