Job Description
CaldwellBPO Luzon is looking for dedicated individuals to become Customer Support Representatives. We offer a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and career growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority issues as per Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO experience.
- At least a High School/ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work.
