Job Responsibilities:
- Follow established operations and procedures.
- Escalate priority issues as per client standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with one-call resolutions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO preferred but not required.
- High School or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
