Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Clinical Chart Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, or a related healthcare field, along with at least 1 year of experience in medical record auditing.
As a Clinical Auditor, your responsibilities will include reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain accurate medical records. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position with benefits including paid training and a 13th month salary.
