Job Description
Canon is seeking a Process Lead to manage and oversee the daily activities of the Team Credit operations. This role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements based on the Statement of Work (SOW), including workload management and quality reviews of accounts and transactions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing requests timely, billing accounts efficiently, allocating payments, resolving queries, and maintaining customer accounts. Participation in projects as required is also expected.
Collaboration within the Group Finance team is crucial to achieve objectives. Flexibility to fulfill various roles within the Accounts Receivable team is necessary.
