Job Description
At Capgemini Engineering, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Process Lead to join our team in Manila. As a Business Advisor, you will shape the vision with clients and understand the needs of users and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in eliciting processes, data, and capabilities to derive target processes and business requirements for both current and future solutions.
In this role, you will conduct meetings and workshops to gather and document business requirements. Additionally, you may produce process and data models for various project states. This is a permanent position aimed at experienced professionals.
