Job Description
We are seeking a Contact Center Process Associate to deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolve finance/cards/banking issues, maintain accurate interaction records, escalate complex cases, and provide process feedback. Candidates must have ANZ market experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-centric attitude, and be a college graduate.
