Job Description
Join our finance team as a Vendor Accounting Associate responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, reconciling accounts payable, preparing payment runs, and resolving vendor queries. Support month-end close, maintain accurate AP ledgers, and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
