Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will deliver exceptional service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications include strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, a college degree, and 1.5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking. The position requires onsite work in McKinley West, Taguig on an AU shift.
