Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a skilled and proactive Situation Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing network incidents. Ideal candidates should have relevant network technology certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) and exceptional communication skills. ITIL certification is preferred.
Main requirements include:
- Active network technology certifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in incident management, preferably in network operations.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at our Pasay Office.
