Experience Required:

– Strong communication and customer service skills in English and another foreign language.

– 2.5+ years in an international contact center.

– Proficient in technical troubleshooting and Microsoft Office.

– Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service.

Work Set-Up:

– Work onsite in McKinley for 3-4 months, then adopt a hybrid model post-training.
