Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, prepare timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include invoice coding, data entry, resolving discrepancies, vendor communication, and supporting month-end close. Requirements: associate degree or equivalent in accounting, 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
