You will run workshops, document requirements, and produce process and data models using domain expertise. This role suits experienced professionals in business analysis within Capgemini Business Services. Permanent position based in Manila, reporting to Business Advisors and collaborating across teams to translate user needs into actionable process and data designs that improve customer care operations.
