Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Risk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring our company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, while minimizing potential risks.
Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulations, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
A background in finance, law, or related fields is preferred. Experience with compliance software and risk management frameworks will be an advantage.
