Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service delivery. You will gather requirements, develop workflows and integrations, customize modules (ITSM, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog), and create scripts and automation. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, testing, documentation, and user training. Candidates should have 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and platform administration, plus ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS) and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
