Job Description
CARMONA HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER seeks a full-time QMS Staff. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or related field, with 1–2 years in document control or quality compliance. Responsibilities: maintain document control, support ISO 9001/14001 and regulatory compliance, assist with DOH licensing, PhilHealth policies, JCI and hospital accreditation, and use document control software and MS Office; demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication. On-site role at Carmona 4116 04A — reliable commute or relocation preferred. Benefits include additional leave, company events, employee discounts and staff meals.
