Job Description
Casa Bella seeks an Operations Manager to design efficient systems, optimize workflows, oversee inventory and supply chain, manage warehouse operations, lead cross-department projects, conduct site visits, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and mentor teams. Requirements: degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 3+ years in operations/project/manpower management, supply chain and inventory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Full-time, Php40,00–50,00/month, on-site.
