Job Description
Join our HR team as a Recruitment Partner responsible for full-cycle hiring, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. You will work with hiring managers to define requirements, build talent pipelines, manage applicant tracking systems, and improve recruitment processes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recruitment or HR experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
