Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative I – Collections to manage client accounts, contact customers about overdue payments, and negotiate payment plans while maintaining excellent service standards.
Requirements: high school diploma, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, ability to handle sensitive information and meet targets. Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls, documenting interactions, escalating disputes, and collaborating with the billing team to resolve issues promptly.
