Job Description
Provide first-line support for suspected fraud by answering customer inquiries, verifying account activity, and escalating confirmed cases. Monitor transactions, document findings, and collaborate with fraud prevention and compliance teams to protect customers and minimize losses. Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic knowledge of banking or payments, and the ability to follow procedures; prior customer service or fraud experience is a plus. Must demonstrate integrity, problem-solving ability, and shift flexibility.
