Job Description
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This position is essential within the Engineering and Technical Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnose issues.
- Assist with equipment installation and modification.
- Review work orders and track their completion.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Facilities Management experience.
- Knowledge of critical equipment.
- Amenable to a 6-day shifting schedule.
Note: Staff housing and shuttle service are provided.
