Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to provide prompt, friendly support via phone, email and chat. You will troubleshoot customer issues, log and follow up on tickets, escalate complex cases, and help maintain the knowledge base to improve service quality.
Requirements: strong communication skills in English, problem-solving attitude, empathy, basic computer skills, and 1+ year in support or customer-facing roles preferred. Availability for shifts and willingness to learn required.
