Job Description
The Crew Controller coordinates crew rostering, monitors duty compliance, and manages shift changes to ensure operational continuity. Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking certifications and rest requirements, resolving conflicts, liaising with operations and HR, and maintaining accurate records. Candidate must have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with scheduling software. Minimum 2 years experience in crew management or operations, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of industry regulations preferred. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency.
