Job Description
Cherimoya Farm seeks a reliable Handyman for repairs, cleaning, installations, and routine facility maintenance. Requirements: high school graduate; multi-trade (painting, welding, carpentry, plumbing, electronics, electrical, air-conditioning, networking); NC II advantageous. Duties: create daily maintenance plans, produce job-order quotations, define scopes, coordinate with housekeeping and gardeners, manage inventory, and support the team (cover days off).
