Job Description
Chiyoda is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Administrator 1. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. You must have proven experience in office administration, knowledge of management systems and procedures, and proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional skills in Photoshop/Canva and PDF Professional are a plus. Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills in English and Filipino are necessary. The role involves daily office services, managing administrative projects, compiling records, and preparing documents.
