Job Description
As an AML Manager, you will lead the anti-money laundering program, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will develop and enforce policies, conduct risk assessments, oversee customer due diligence and transaction monitoring, investigate suspicious activity, prepare SAR/STRs, report to regulators, and provide staff training. The role requires 5+ years in AML/compliance, strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws, experience with monitoring systems, analytical skills, leadership, and CAMS certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or a related field and excellent communication skills are required.
