Job Description
Citicon Ready Mix and Construction, Incorporated is seeking a qualified Operation and Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our batching plant. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and safe functioning of the plant while maintaining high-quality standards and coordinating a dedicated team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry in a supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of Batching Plant Operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in Laguna, Cavite, or Batangas.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php30,00.00/month
Benefits: Company Christmas gift, events, free parking, promotion opportunities, pay raise, permanent position.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime/weekends.
