Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Vice President – Finance to ensure financial policies align with regulations and standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for project accreditation for Income Tax Holiday, approving financial statements, and preparing the annual budget. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least five years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in real estate, is required. A master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus. The position is full-time and based in Makati.
