Job Description
CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking an Asset Recovery Assistant. Responsibilities include monitoring cancelled accounts, negotiating with buyers, conducting house visits, and overseeing evictions. You will also coordinate with departments on unit reopening and liaise with the legal team for case filings.
Job Qualifications: Four-year business degree, eviction process knowledge, strong communication skills, billing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work in Cavite.
