Job Description
Citistyle Inn is hiring a Front Desk Clerk to greet visitors, manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, maintain an organized and professional front desk, assist with scheduling and staff calendars, perform data entry, filing and document preparation, coordinate office supplies and inventory, and support special projects and events. This full-time, permanent position welcomes fresh graduates. Benefits include promotion to permanent employee and staff meals. Work location: in person at Citistyle Inn. We seek a professional, organized communicator who provides excellent guest service and contributes to team success.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
