Job Description
We are hiring a Medical Collections Representative to manage patient billing, follow up on outstanding accounts, verify insurance, and negotiate payment plans. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with medical billing or collections, familiarity with HIPAA and insurance terminology, and basic computer proficiency (EMR and billing software). Responsibilities include contacting patients and insurers, reconciling accounts, documenting calls, and meeting collection targets.
