Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and expense reporting. You will verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, and ensure timely payments while following company policies.
Qualifications: 2+ years in accounts payable or finance, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
