Job Description

We are seeking a Station Supervisor to manage daily station operations. You will schedule and supervise gas attendants and cashiers, enforce policies, coordinate staff activities, control inventory and ordering, prepare sales and shift-end reports, reconcile accounts, and train staff. Applicants must be a graduate of any four-year degree, have at least one year of relevant experience, strong problem-solving ability, and good communication and presentation skills. Full-time position; salary from Php20,00/month. Benefits include company events, paid training, and promotion to permanent employee. Work is on-site at our station.
