Job Description
CloudEats, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Payable Staff. The Accounts Payable Assistant supports Finance Operations by accurately processing vendor invoices in Oracle NetSuite, monitoring and resolving Item Receipt issues, coordinating with Purchasing, Kitchen Operations and Logistics, and maintaining BTG and AP records. Responsibilities include verifying bills, encoding payments, liaising with vendors about discrepancies and payments, filing external and internal documents at HQ, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments. Full-time, on-site role with benefits: health and life insurance, additional leave, flexible schedule, promotion opportunities and partial work-from-home options. Other duties as assigned.
