Job Description
Club Samal Resort seeks a full-time Boat Crew to assist the Boat Captain in daily operations and guest transfers. Must be physically fit, able to swim, hold TESDA Boat Crew/Deckhand NC I or equivalent, and know MARINA and Philippine Coast Guard regulations. Passenger/resort boat experience preferred. Duties: ensure passenger safety, boarding/disembarkation, securing vessels and safety gear, basic cleaning, following safety protocols, and emergency assistance. Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Pay from Php510/day. Benefits: company Christmas gift, employee discount, staff meals.
