Job Description
Club Samal Resort seeks a full-time Boat Captain to operate passenger vessels. Requires 2–3 years’ experience in resort or hospitality settings, a valid maritime license, and experience with speedboats, sailboats, or ferries. Must hold First Aid, CPR, and BST certifications, understand maritime laws, safety protocols and emergency procedures, and be able to give passenger safety briefings. Strong communication and guest-service skills, a professional demeanor, physical fitness, and basic mechanical troubleshooting ability are required. Salary Php15,00–18,00/month. Benefits include a company Christmas gift, employee discount, and staff meals. Work location: on-site.
