Job Description
We seek a results-driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our BPO sales team. You will contact prospects, promote services, and convert leads. Candidates should have strong verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, a goal-oriented attitude, and basic CRM familiarity; 1+ year outbound sales or BPO experience preferred. This full-time in-person role offers competitive pay (Php25,00–30,00/month; advertised Php30,00), unlimited uncapped commissions, 13th month pay, paid training, promotion to regular employment, weekends off, and team events.
