Job Description
We are seeking an Online Analyst with at least 2 years of college completed (72 units) and a strong grasp of tech devices. Candidates should have experience in writing articles for a Knowledge Base or Help Center.
Job Summary: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and desired learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive instructional plans and measurable learning objectives.
