Job Description
We are looking for a Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Cognizant. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and relevant experience in Customer Management and Complaint Management in the Life Sciences sector. This hybrid position involves rotational shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, analyzing data, collaborating with team members, and maintaining detailed records. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be detail-oriented.
A certification in MS Excel or Customer Service Management is preferred.
