As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are processed in accordance with established desktop procedures. You will meet assigned targets based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) and internal standards, while maintaining high-quality compliance as defined by Process Excellence.
You are expected to adhere to established attendance schedules and follow all company policies and procedures in your daily tasks.
