Job Description
COL Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fund Source Sales Associate to support our Head of Sales in managing relationships with fund partners, financial institutions, and our agency sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new fund partners, preparing presentations, and assisting in client engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
