Job Description
As a Customer Success Officer you will onboard and support clients to ensure product adoption and long-term satisfaction. You will build strong relationships, resolve inquiries, monitor account health, coordinate with internal teams to solve issues, and gather feedback to drive improvements. Ideal candidates hold a degree, 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM tools. We seek a proactive, empathetic team player who can manage priorities, analyze customer needs, and contribute to retention and growth.
