Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Retention Officer to boost customer loyalty and reduce churn through proactive engagement, feedback programs, and data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities include designing retention campaigns, analyzing churn metrics, coordinating with support and product teams, managing loyalty initiatives, and reporting retention KPIs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in customer success or retention, strong communication, problem-solving, Excel and CRM experience, and basic SQL or analytics skills.
